A Valentine's Dinner

Homemade meatballs in a marinara sauce with spinach fettuccine and shaved parmigiano reggiano cheese on top. Oh, yes, and red wine.

Poor Peanut

Peanut had her first....and we hope last....root canal. Yes, folks, even dogs can have a root canal. We had the option of that or extraction but the tooth was her top right canine and we wanted to save it if possible. What did she do to cause this? She tried to chew through a chain link fence to get to another dog - her arch enemy - Sydney. Good times, my friends, good times.

The picture is her soon after coming home. She was still coming out of the anesthesia and feeling poorly at the time. You'll be happy to know that she's her old self again today wanting to play ball.
